WBO President Francisco “Paco” Valcarcel, announced today the referees and judges who will work on the world title bouts between Super Middleweight champion Robert Stieglitz vs Henry Weber and Female Junior Lightweight champion Ramona Kuehne vs Renata Domsodi this Saturday, January 14 at the Baden-Arena, Offenburg, Baden Wurttenberg, Germany.
Valcarcel reported that for the fifth title defense of Stieglitz (40-2, 23 KOs) against the German Weber (15-0, 3 KOs), the referee will be Andre Van Grootenbruel, from Belgium. The judges for Stieglitz-Weber are Jose Roberto Torres, from Puerto Rico, Ingo Barrabas, from Germany, and Zoltan Enyedi, from Hungary. WBO supervisor for this fight will be Istvan Kovacs.
For the fight between Kuehne (18-1, 5 KOs), the 130lb WBO champion in her third defense, and Domsodi (7-1, 3 KOs), the referee will be Ingo Barrabas, and the judges Manuel Maritxalar, from Spain, Jose Roberto Torres and Zoltan Enyedi. WBO supervisor for this bout will be Istvan Kovacs.
