WBO junior featherweight champion Wilfredo Vázquez, Jr., of Puerto Rico (18-0-1, 15 KOs) and unbeaten Universum promoted Zsolt Bedak (15-0, 5 KOs) of Hungary went face to face at their final pre-fight weigh-in that took place in Puerto Rico on Friday.
They will fight for real May 29 at the Coliseo Ruben Rodriguez in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. PR Best Boxing (Iván and Peter Rivera) in association with All Star Boxing’s Félix ‘Tutico’ Zabala will promote the event titled ‘Undefeated Champions.’ Vázquez, Jr weighed in at 130.2 pounds and Bedak 127.2 pounds. Max weight limit for their final weigh-in will be 122 pounds. WBO super featherweight champion Román ‘Rocky’ Martínez (23-0-1, 14 KOs) of Puerto Rico who will defend against Gonzalo Munguía (17-6-3, 13 KOs) of Nicaragua weighed in at 134.5 pounds. Max weight limit allowed for his final weigh-in will be 130 pounds.
