10x3 WBO European Heavyweight Championship
David Adeleye vs Emir Ahmatovic

Great start from Adeleye, whose jab was sharp and weighty. He was flinching and feinting, trying to draw his man on. He landed a big left jab bang on the button in the final minute that had Ahmatovic reeling backwards. The German's right eye was swollen already, this early on in the fight. That was one strong jab that sent him halfway across the ring and made his eye swell instantly. Adeleye needs to focus on landing more of them.

In the final 30 of round two, the pair clinched then hit each other on the back of the head in a bit of tit for tat. Referee Marcus McDonnell called time out to give both boxers a talking to.

It was a scrappy round in the third, a lot of holding and clinching, Adeleye getting warned for pushing with the elbow and for holding his opponent's head down, he needs to be careful. Then Adeleye landed a big right uppercut in the dying seconds but Ahmatovic was saved by the bell.

Adeleye looking to land that right uppercut again. Adeleye came on strong in the closing seconds but got caught with a big counter hook from Ahmatovic as he was unloading in the corner. Couple of solid jabs landed during that round by both men.

Ahmatovic's body language and demeanor looked like he didn't want to be in there anymore by the fifth round. He was bleeding from his noose and lip, continually wiping blood away. He was tired and hurt, but he saw out the round. Then his corner called it and they retired their man at the end of the fifth.

"Big D" from Ladbroke Grove is now 12-0 with 11KOs.
