Kolding, Denmark - TK Promotions put on a six-fight show at the sold-out Forum with super middle Jacob Bank headlining in a defense of the WBO European title against aging (close to 41) Spaniard Ronny Landaeta (21-6).
It was one way traffic all the way as the speedy and hard punching hometown hero dominated the fight all the way. Landaeta went down in the sixth and was floored again in the seventh. He was allowed to continue and looked like he could do so but soon sat down, took the eight count, and then retired himself. It was a wise move. He had nothing left. Bank 22 years old and 12-0, looks like a genuine prospect.
The official time was 1.28 and it was ruled as a knockout.
